Refund & Return Policy All Omni Cart sales are final. Due to the size and weight of the unit, we do not cover return shipping costs and cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your cart arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or partial refund as appropriate. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues related to product quality.
Shipping Policy Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the Omni Cart. At checkout, you may choose your preferred shipping method from the available options, and rates will be calculated based on carrier, distance, and delivery speed. Once your order is processed, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by us. Any additional duties, taxes, or fees charged by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.
For customers located near our facility, we also offer Local Pickup at no extra cost, and Local Delivery for an additional fee (based on distance). These options can be arranged directly with us after purchase to provide the most convenient and cost-effective solution.
